William Morrow '86 reappointed to Texas Emerging Technology Committee Gov. Rick Perry has appointed five and reappointed four members to the Texas Emerging Technology Advisory Fund Committee for terms to expire Aug. 31, 2011. The committee recommends proposals eligible for funding under the Emerging Technology Fund to the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the House.
