important information

Participants must register by November 25.

Participants can bring up to (2) guests. Space is limited.

Arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to receive your lineup card and further instructions.

Dress Business Casual.

Parking

Parking for a fee is available at the Ximenez Parking Garage next to the H-E-B Student Union Ballrooms.

Parking for a fee is also available at the Bauerle Road Garage.

Pick up your UTSA Ring at the Katz Alumni Center (BRG 0.302) in the Bauerle Road Garage:

9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Unclaimed rings are sent to Balflour and shipped to your permanent address on file.
